Noisy Neighbor
Keeps a dated record of neighbor noise. It estimates sound levels with the microphone, picks up bass and vibration with the motion sensor, looks up local quiet-hours rules in U.S. cities, and exports a PDF report or complaint letter.
Needs an iPhone with iOS 26.5 or later.

How do I restore Pro after reinstalling?
Tap Restore Purchase on the upgrade screen. Use the same Apple ID you bought it with. This also works on a second iPhone.
Does the app work offline?
Everything works offline except the noise ordinance lookup, which needs an internet connection.
Does the ordinance lookup work outside the U.S.?
No. It only covers U.S. cities and ZIP codes. The rest of the app works anywhere.
How accurate are the readings?
They are estimates from the phone's built-in microphone and motion sensor, and the phone is not calibrated like a sound meter. They are useful for showing when noise happened and how it compared from night to night. They are not certified measurements.
Is my data backed up?
Cases and incidents are stored on the phone. A normal iCloud or computer backup of the phone includes them.
Something else? Email tustison@protonmail.com with your iPhone model, iOS version and what happened.
Privacy
Sound is measured on your iPhone and is never recorded or sent anywhere. Your cases stay on the phone. Ordinance lookups send only the city or ZIP code you type.
